Rental Terms
Rental Period & Pricing
- Minimum rental: 7 days for laptops, 3 days for iPhones
- Flexible plans: Daily, weekly, and monthly options
- Late returns: Charged at 1.5x daily rate (please return on time!)

Please backup everything before repair. We take care of your device, but we're not responsible for data loss. Better safe than sorry!

Damage & Liability
Physical Damage
Cracked screen, water damage, or physical harm? You'll be charged repair/replacement costs.
Lost or Stolen
If the device is lost or stolen, full device value will be charged. Keep it safe!
Normal Wear & Tear
Minor scratches from regular use? No worries, that's on us!
Cancellation Policy
Rentals
Cancel before delivery for full refund. After delivery? No refunds, but you can return early (no partial refunds).
Sales
7-day return policy for new devices (unopened box). Refurbished devices are final sale unless defective.
Repairs
Cancel before we start work for full refund. After work begins, you pay for completed work.
